To change default view of case inbox
i am a bit new to Pega platform and was trying to do some stuff my own, like creating cases, stages etc. i have couple of years of experience BPM technologies. i have a question regarding work view or work inbox views, by default the view consist with Case Id, Label, Creation Time, Created by and status.
i have been searching for document/material to change this view but could not find it, can anyone help with any pointers to change this default view ?
also if we can change this view, how can we publish this to all users who are working for that case ?
I am expecting you are talking about the UI view. If it is about the UI, Simply Use the UI inspector which is located in bottom (Developer Toolbar).
By using the UI inspector you can find the sections, properties which are used to display the values, Flow actions of section, layout etc. Just we need to to start use that. By using that you can open the section and customize according to your view like adding extra properties, changing formats, removing properties etc in your Rule set.
