we have created a new Customer Service 8.5 application on our Pega AWS cloud. We are not able to use the default wrap up, in fact we always get the quick wrap up even if we have disabled the checkbox on the settings panel:
Is there any other way to enable the default wrap up or do i need to open a Service Request?

@NicolòG3 Until you progress the Interaction to the composite area, there's nothing to capture in wrap-up, so it's just a quick wrap-up. In the search, account selection and verification, the wrap-up button just resolves the interaction.
