Is Desktop Analytics available with CS for Communication on-prem or PEGA cloud
With PEGA CS for Communication application (on-prem) can we get Agent Desktop Analytics feature or this feature is only available on PEGA cloud. Agent Desktop Analytics in a sense what the agent is doing on the tool/application, how much time does he/she spending on browser or chat..etc...
If you mean the Workforce Intelligence application, it has two components - one that runs on the desktop clients, and a cloud component. The cloud component is only available as a cloud offering and not on-premise.
