HOW TO CREATE A CASE NOTES TO A CASE TYPE

Hi,

Below i provide you with my requirements:- In my application i have many case types. So do i need to create a common case notes facility available to all case types?

1)The system should have the ability for the user to add case notes one or many case notes to a case.

2)The system should display the case notes which will be accessible and displayed in chronological order,date stamped and User ID(filter based on userID)

3)The user should have the ability for the user to select the below categories in case notes:

  • Administration
  • Client contact
  • incident

4)user should be able to add the case notes to a resolved case as well

5)The user should be able to delete the case notes added to a case
