I have an issue when I try to execute a campaign in Pega Marketing 8.4.1, because it initiates the actions, however when it try to send the emails, it is facing an error: OutboundEmailTreatmentWait1. I tried to see what is the exactly rule that is faling by tracer and it just shows that it can't find a rule "!EMAIL" into the class Rule-Obj-Treatment-Outbound. Also I checked the System Healthy and Email Error Tracking but they aren´t show any issue.
Other important information to take in consideration is in the offer flow for the action we are using the configuration "Use from the Strategy" in the shape Email Treatment, if we put the exactly treatment, the campaign can send the emails.

If you have validated that manually entering the treatment works, but "Use from strategy" option fails, then please review what the strategy output for the treatment is, as it looks like the strategy is yielding an output that is an invalid treatment. As a consequence the action flow can't find that email treatment and failing.
Are you constructing your own strategy logic or are you using NBA Designer to generate the result? If its your own strategy, then check its logic carefully. If its NBA Designer, then ensure the action you have defined has a valid email treatment associated with it. If it does, then I suggest you open a support incident to have someone review what might be going wrong.
