Minimum Client Side Hardware Requirements in a Citrix Workspace environments
We are running PEGA (from a CSR perspective) in a Workspace environment and we are experiencing different issues
Some Workspace servers are freezing when CPU is maxing out
Some users are experiencing that certain actions they are carrying out are slower in Workspace environment when compared to Laptop
We know that PEGA whilst supported in IE11, is not the most performant, and that this can be a heavy user of CPU. We do have longer term plans to potentially move to Chrome but this will not happen soon enough to help us at the moment
What we are looking for is as follows
Is PEGA 7.4 supported in a Workspace environment
Are there any known issues that PEGA themselves have experienced when running PEGA in a Workspace environment and what did they do to resolve
Are there any best practises that PEGA would recommend when trying to run PEGA in a Workspace environment
Are there any know Workspace settings which need to be considered in order to run PEGA in this way
I did raise a PEGA SR but was referred to the Pega Support Community. Any help or guidance would be much appreciated

Ans – yes
Ans- We have to understand the issue in depth. Hence you can raise a SR if the performance is not good.
Ans- You can look for performance issues of IE in citrix, but in case if the issue is only with pega, we can debug the issue to assist you.
Ans – No, Workspace setting and environment settings are totally based on the user use case. Please reach to Pega sizing team for more information.
