Our solution was just updated to 19.1.73 and when I try to interrogate web sites in Edge, the Bulls Eye Interrogation form does not come up and I get an error message stating that 'Failed to connect to Messaging Host...'
The extension for Edge is installed. I tried Pega.com and the error message still comes up, The compatibility mode is set to true for Internet Explorer.

You mentioned that all sites are coming up in Compatibility mode (CM). Is that really the intended behavior? Usually that setting is site-specific, so if it is enabled for every site, then I would really get that looked into first to determine why your organization is doing that as that seems like an oversite. I would hate for you to interrogate in CM only to have to re-interrogate when that is ultimately disabled.
If it is not enabled for every site, and you are still unable to interrogate, then likely you have not properly registered the messaging host with the extension. You can register the messaging host from an admin command line by entering;
OpenSpan.WebExtensionInstaller.exe Edge -i
Make sure you are in the directory where OpenSpan.WebExtensionInstaller.exe is located or enter the full path to it.
