Direct navigation to either web node displays the login page as normal.Any advice or tips to resolve the issue is greatly appreciated. Posted: 1 year agoEdwinH62 Shield Consulting Solutions replied to EdwinH62Happens for latest chrome and firefox. Switching the ELB to TCP fixes the issue (however I would rather not lose the sticky session capabilities that HTTP provides). Posted: 1 year agoKevinZheng_GCS PEGA replied to EdwinH62So this appears to be a LB configuration issue? FYI, Pega does require sticky session (cookie based persistence). You should consult AWS ELB documentation: e.g., https://docs.aws.amazon.com/elasticloadbalancing/latest/classic/elb-sticky-sessions.html Also attach your prconfig file if not OOTB. I want to check if you have set secure and/or httponly settings. Accepted Solution Posted: 1 year agoEdwinH62 Shield Consulting Solutions replied to EdwinH62Thank you for your support. The following steps resolved the distortion of the portal login:Edit the AWS Elastic Load Balancer (classic) configurationClick [ Description ]Click [ Edit stickiness ]Select [ X ] Enable load balancer generated cookie stickinessLeave Expiration Period blankClick [ Save ] Clear browser cache Navigate to http://<ELB URL>/prweb Posted: 7 months agoMendusC9 Social Security Administration replied to EdwinH62I am having the same issue with IE What about if we use ALB. You can't leave stickiness blank. Specify a value between 1 second and 7 days. What is the right value?
