Pega Robotics (OpenSpan) build bymsbuild
I am trying to build Pega Robotics (OpenSpan) build outside the Studio. I tried MSbuild route and I was able to use msbuild from command line to build a local openspan project successfully. Looks like it just works out of the box – we supply the .osproj (openspan project) file as parameter, and it takes the default configuration of debug/release to build the .openspan and .manifest files.
When I try the same with solution I am getting the eroor that data at root level is incorrect

There is no officially supported way to do this. The build process will not create the deployment package, so this will only be part of the equation anyway. I would discuss adding this ability as a feature request via your account contacts.
If you log the build in Studio you should be able to capture the deployment command. The program that builds the deployment package is OSD. It has a very complicated command line structure. When doing an automated build and deploy, you will need to do a build and deploy for each configuration. I have automated this in the past but it required a lot of digging.
