Performance Issues: Pega KM is responding very slow
After we publish an article from the Authoring portal in Pega KM, when we try to open the article from the User Portal, it takes well over 3 minutes for an article to load. I am not sure what is the usual time the article should take to load but this is definitely not something acceptable.
Can someone help resolve this performance issue?
Pega Version: 7.2.2

Displaying an article should be very quick (seconds or less). However, if there is a large file attachment or large, high resolution images embedded in the article, or the article is very large (e.g. 50+ pages with other images, etc.), that could cause performance issues. If none of the above is relevant, I would suggest logging a Service Request with Pega Global Customer Support (GCS).
