Plugins for VBD
When I am trying to open the interaction history , I am not able to view VBD.
What plugins are required to view the VBD?
One more query , how can I download the Pega 7.2 decisioning software.

Could you please confirm which version of PRPC you are using (the post relates to the adavanced course on 7.1 which can be ML7 or ML9). EVerything should be automatically loaded when you launch VBD, so the problem is likely to be caused by a Java version.
When you say, I am not able to see VBD, what exactly do you mean, a blank screen no VBD link on the page? Finally which browser are you using?
On Pega 7.2 Decisoning software. The software is a part of a standard PRPC release. So , if you install PRPC you will automatically see decisioniong. To confirm, Just log in as administrator@pega.com and change your application to DMSample.

The issue got resolved after installing the appropriate the JDK version.
