I don't think we have an Out-Of-The-Box REST already existing for this. If you've optimize a property, then this should be recognised when you call prpcServiceUtils/prpcUtils with the expose option. Otherwise you can also cause it to regenerate the column individually by updating the pzreindex property to "true" and saving that record.
