She wortes: "... They were implemented as separate data records linked to an app purely for performance reasons... It should be fine if you don't promote AppMetaData instances to higher envs..." If the Data-RuleAppMetaData are implemented for purely performance reasons, why is it fine when not promoting to a higher environment?
