After demoing this cool feature (Rally) to my IT & biz departments using my V7.3 PE, I got +ve response from them. But I got a question from one of the scrum masters on this feature stand point. Does this feature used for Pushing the stories into Rally or Pulling the stories from Rally or both? Can someone please clarify it?

Thank you for taking time in exploring CA Agile Central(Rally) integration component with Agile Workbench and convincing your organization/departments to adopt it.
While integrating Agile Workbench to CA Agile Central, if there are any stories or bugs defined in your local Agile Workbench, they will be exported to CA Agile Central immediately. From there on, it is very seamless with the master system of record being CA Agile Central with both Push and Pull of stories and bugs. That means, if you create/update/delete a story/bug in Agile Workbench, it will be get synchronized immediately with CA Agile Central and vice versa (updates made in CA Agile Central will be shown immediately in Agile Workbench with a refresh or re-open of it).
Hope this answers your question and let us know for any further queries.
There is no special pull or refresh strategy configured to retrieve the data from CA Agile Central. Once integrated with CA Agile Central, whenever you open the Agile Workbench(AW), switch between the tabs of story/bug, click on the refresh icon on top of the AW, open a story or bug, etc. it pulls the data real time(right at that point) from CA Agile Central and show the details.
