Well, the PRPCport should be 8080 and 8090 respectively. For each tomcat instance, you can explicitly set JMXport, like so - you would set the jmxremote.port different for each JVM/tomcat instance - I have not tried myself, so please report if this works for you.
Thanks for your response. It handles the 'server' side of the JMX configuration, but I need to know how the 'client' side, ie the prsysmgmt can use auto-discovery when two tomcats are running on the same host with different ports.
Have you tried the setup based on the pdn article? Are you only seeing one node from SMA? What if you configure two nodes in different ips? I know that is not what you want, but from code it seems that we only retrieve distinctive ips from within a prpc cluster.
