Is there a way to compare the rules present in different environment ?

I  wanted to compare both pega and application rule of multiple environment like DEV QA Performance etc

side note:  Rulebase compare doesn't work as expected if firewall restriction is enabled between the environments. A manual rule comparison has to be performed in this case.
