Unable to get the record from Agent Activity, Manully it is working.

Hi All,

Issue Details - Agent activity is unable to fetch the data from Report Definition, filter parameters(Datetime format) are passing by activity in report definition. It is working fine when we run the agent activity manually from the developer portal on same environment.

Issue Behavior - It was working till last week on production and agent is still working fine on lower environments.
