Error displays on running campaigns due to the inability to query Visual Business Director (VBD)
ERROR - Unable to query VBD: null
Steps to follow
1)Schedule a Multi-Channel Campaign
Issue occurs due to data corruption in VBD
Solutions Attempted :
We have changed the Duration of Start date and end date to 1 month, so that number of records will get reduced, and VBD can able to handle the load. But still we are getting the same error in logs. Can anyone suggest altenate solutions please ?
Thank you for your response. I have gone through the above link, but whether it is advisable to keep the Start Date of Actuals DataSource to a future date in Production environment ?, and if we are changing it to future date then we cannot fetch the records to display in VBD right ?
