I'm afraid you can't simply update the information through SQL.
The master information is stored in the BLOB. This can be duplicated to a dedicated column(s), which is helpful for streamlining the running of reports. But any changes would still need to be driven by changes to the property value in the BLOB (in the XML).

As per my knowledge, it's not advisable nor possible to run a script or update access group data from the backend.
Coming to your second query, "pyDefaultAppVersion" belongs to "Data-Admin-" which is an abstract class.
And usually, abstract classes are mapped to "pr_other" table in the database. When a data table is created and "Create dedicated database table" option is unchecked, the created data class gets mapped to "pr_other". Until it's explicitly mapped to a dedicated table.
