Although I believe I've seen that error before but the problem stemmed from something earlier. Do you have any log files which show further details of the processing (perhaps in the /scripts/logs directory) Was this a fresh run of a new upgrade attempt, and if so, do you remove the "resume.properties" file before attempting the upgrade? Yes I attempted a fresh run after restoring the database from backup and I was able to move past that point. I got a bunch of other errors in the logs but looks like they are not fatal.
