Check with your IT department to see if you have firewall restrictions in place that do not allow Flash video. For example, if everyone at your company is unable to watch YouTube or other web videos, it's almost certain your company's firewall restricts video traffic.
If you have no firewall restrictions and you cannot resolve your issue with the above resources, please post the results of your troubleshooting.
We are currently investigating the possibility that the datarate level of PegaAcademy videos is too high for streaming given bandwidth conditions for some students.
Can you let us know a specific video that presents this problem? Please note that most lessons have a “playlist” of videos. That is, the video window in a lesson may have a list of, say 3-5 videos at the bottom of the frame, just above the “View Transcript” button. Please tell us the specific video in this list so that we can do an exact comparison.
In parallel, it would also be helpful to us if you can tell us the result of a www.speedtest.net measurement. Please do this in parallel, as the item we can most quickly take action on is the specific video as described above.
