We are running our application on Pega Cloud, what are the self-services available for me?

Pega Cloud provides a host of self-services for customers, and continue to add more features. In meantime, following are the self-services available -


  1. Restart your non-production environments - Pega Cloud Restart on My Support Portal

  2. Accessing your application logs - Support Guide: Viewing Application Log Files using ELK

  3. Running ‘select’ SQLs, indexing, explain plan etc. - Schema Tools and Query Inspector landing pages for tuning and maintaining databases in the Pega Cloud

  4. Column populations - Database column population using the Column Populator utility

  5. Pega application performance and diagnosis - Getting started with Pega PDC
