Workpage not Editable
We have scenario where user has input incorrect values in one of the field.based on this value the approval flow will either proceed or keep waiting until record with this value is created in another dependent system.
We have all approvals on the case However due to this incorrect static value the case is not progressing to Resolved Completed.
I was planning to change the value by editing Workpage. However edit button is greyed out for this case.
In past i have not seen this button greyed for any case.
What can be the possible issue/configuration leading to this?

Can you use Live UI to capture this Edit button's configuration? Most likely, there is a visibility condition added there? If yes, then you can see why it becomes greyed out.
