Cannot log-in to practice in Pega Marketing Essentials
I am having trouble logging into the Pega Marketing platform to practice. I have followed the steps to get to the system (http://prpc.local:8080/prweb/PRServlet) and have successfully logged in as an Admin. After that, I followed the steps to import a RAR file (GettingStartedWithPegaMarketing). I then log out of the Admin profile to perform the next exercise as a Marketing analyst using the user name: MarketingAnalyst@PegaMktGSP and password: rules but it won't let me log in. Please help!
I have completed the exercise setup already. I am able to launch the VM through virtual box. I get a message asking to wait 3-4 minutes before access the URL http://prpc.local:8080 (don't remember exact at the moment).
But even when I wait 10 minutes, and then try to access that URL, I don't get any login page. I only get the browser page not found error back.

For the Pega Marketing 7.13 exercise system sometimes the connection with the exercise system is dropped, meaning http://prpc.local:8080 is not reachable anymore. We found out that this is due to a bug in the avahi-daemon on the exercise system. The solution is to restart the avahi-daemon. To make this as easy as possible to do for students we have amended the startup script of the architect user. Logging in as user architect with password password, resolves the issue because as part of the login script we restart the avahi-daemon. After logging in as architect nothing else needs to be done. Just go back to the browser and refresh the screen.
