I only see two components associated with the Arbitration group - Filter and Prioritize. I would have imagined the correct answer would have been #2 as there is no filter associated with it. Where in the transcript can I find the answer to this question?

You are correct that in case of Pega Decision Management only the Filter and Priorize component are visible. This is because the Contact Policy, Geofence Filter and Segment Filter are part of the Pega Marketing extention.

We have seen this quiz issue before and in that case it was due to the duration of the session. (student kept the browser open for more than 24 hours) The solution was to close all browsers and to start a new PegaACADEMY session.
