And if a customer need to manage a offer by additional attribute, for example in bank domain card type(credit card,cash card or Debit card) ,Brand of card(Visa,Master、American Express),I need to configure custom attribute.

Custom attributes are used by the user to output when delivering the offer to the customer. For example, if the there was a custom attribute of PriceDiscount, you might show the PriceDiscount when displaying the offer to the customer. You might also use the custom attribute (or even the default attributes) to decision on. For example, you might use a customer property like Language and set the offer to say "French". Then when deciding on applicability of the offer to a customer, you might use logic to only make this offer applicable if the customer has a language preference of "French".
