I wanted some information regarding adaptive model implementation.Can a hybrid approach be used in implementation of Adaptive model for the same category? For Ex: if I would want to implement adaptive model for offers and some offers have the ability to get feedback from customer like feedback button(Accept button), but for other offers provide information to the customer, and we cannot get feedback from the customer for those . Both offers which have feedback button and which do not have feedback button are displayed on the same position on the page.
Could we implement adaptive model for only offers which have feedback options available? and for others which do not have feedback option could we not feed the feedback into adaptive model, but while providing next best action for the customer, we would account both categories of offers ?
Any suggestions would be appreciated

We can filter out actionable, informational offers & route only actionable offers to ADM. Since no feed back received for informational we can keep it out of ADM. Only Actionable offers will have ADM models & feedback would be updated for the same.
