Question
Avaya provider out of service event
Hi all,
At our customer we have connectivity issues for the last couple of days. We receive the below event a couple of times each day.
<pagedata> <pyEventId>113</pyEventId> <pyEventString>ProvOutOfServiceEv</pyEventString> <pyProvider>AVAYA#VOIPCM#CSTA#VOIP-AES02</pyProvider> <pySessionId>JTAPI_AES-ACD</pySessionId> <pySessionValid>true</pySessionValid> <pySessionState>false</pySessionState> <pyVendor>AVAYA</pyVendor> <pyLinkName>AES</pyLinkName> <pyLinkInsHandle>CHANNELSERVICES-ADMIN-CTILINK-LOCAL-JTAPI AES</pyLinkInsHandle> <pyLinkRole>0</pyLinkRole> </pagedata>
The event itself is pretty clear, but I'd like to know whom is the original initiator of this event. Our Avaya server is a cloud solution, and the team over there says their servers are not initiating anything.
Thanks in advance.
Avaya is initiating this event. Keep in mind that Pegacall communicates to Avaya via a jtapi connection from the Avaya SDK jar (ecsjtapia.jar) to the AES. I suspect that connection is being terminated.
