Can we clear the cache in our application server if we host our application in Pega Cloud 2.1
Hi,
If we have our application deployed in cloud, is there a way other than creating a SR to the support team to clear the cache from the App Server rather than clearing the Pega Cache from SMA?

Hi,
For lower environments, customer would be given access to do a clear cache restart through the MSP (My Support Portal ) as a self service . For this , there is no SR needs to be raised from customer end.
