I have set the Case level Goal to be 5 days and the Deadline to be 8 days, So the number of days in the image one is 2 which does not match with the number i have set. So its different and I want to know the difference.
The assignment level SLA will be applicable only for the operator of that assignment to perform work within the mentioned time period. But this is common for the entire case level. This is not the Case level SLA either because case level SLA will appear appears the bottom as shown in pega1.jpg image. But i want to know what is the time interval mentioned in pega.jpg.
