Connection between CASE, class group and workpool
In designer studio the Create Case Shape can use only Cases connected with my Access group workpool. But in user portal the user can create any cases. It dosn't mather the workpool.
Other interesting thing that the case list doesn't contains cases, if the case class is a class group. Is there any definition that case class can't be "Is a class group"?

- Work pool is a set of allowed work items or cases that a user can work within an application.
- Work pool is nothing but a class group instance referred to the User access group.
- If the class defined as a class group, then it will create the database table with the defined primary keys and any class that belongs to the class group will share a common key format.
- Why work pools only refer "is a class group" classes? Concept regarding workpool.
- Case management: Access Groups, Work group, Work pool ,Work list, Work basket
