But in user portal the user can create any cases. It dosn't mather the workpool. Other interesting thing that the case list doesn't contains cases, if the case class is a class group. IN View Profile Send Message Asif Hasan PEGA replied to SandorV3 - Work pool is a set of allowed work items or cases that a user can work within an application. - Work pool is nothing but a class group instance referred to the User access group. - If the class defined as a class group, then it will create the database table with the defined primary keys and any class that belongs to the class group will share a common key format. - Why work pools only refer "is a class group" classes?
