Correspondence parameter for Send Email Notification Activity
Can any one provide solution for below scenario.
I have created an activity and inside that i called SendEmailNotification activity.
Why i used this activity is because i want to include CC also.
So here i created a correspondence rule and inside that i have included an image.
inside activity i used Property-Set-Corr and there i am storing correspondence output in a property and that property value i am setting to Param.Message this will be passed to SendEmailNotification activity.
So my problem here is the image attached as part of correspondence rule is converted into HTML code.
Hello, I'm not sure I understand the need to chain activities and pass parameters? The CorrNew Activity allows you to specify multiple CC's, broadcast, and BCC, etc. It sounds like that OOTB activity would meet your needs. Best Regards, Tara, Self Study Support Team
Why i created separate activity is to handle my business logic and inside that itself i am calling SendEmailNotification activity to send an mail with CC.
When i do "property-set-corr" method output of this is below:
Note:Correspondence rule contains an image
Happy Birthday Vinay, May the joy that you have spread in the past come back to you on this day. Wishing you a very happy birthday!<br /> <img alt="" height="500" src="cid:../datacontent/Image/rteImages/BirthdayWishes1528370510607.jpeg" width="500" />
SendEmailNotification is not having Correspondence rule parameter,so that is why i did property-set-corr and when i do this image is converted into HTML code like above.
Could you please tell me is there any OOTB activity that accepts both CC and correspondence rule as parameters.
Am having a requirement that receiving notifications to exam coordinator from the candidate regarding their exam completion status.
The Candidate will notify their Exam Coordinator by email when he/she has completed their scenario build, their Design Only Question answers attached to that email. The Exam Coordinator then logs into the exam application and attaches either the email itself or just the attached Design Only Question answers. The Exam Coordinator then marks the exam as complete. A screen such as the one below must be displayed prior to submittal.
If the Architect II Certification exam is not submitted by its deadline, it should be marked as a failure with a score of zero and resolved as not returned. In addition, an email should be sent to the Candidate, Exam Coordinator, and Program Manager informing them that the deadline was not met, hence, the exam was failed.
