Customer 360 tab is not being refreshed

Hi Everyone,

When I update a property (ContactName) in a child case, the parent case customer 360 tab name (which displays ContactName) needs to be updated with the new property value. Although the property value is being updated in the clipboard, The tab is staying the same until I refresh the browser. 

I have tried these but didn't work

  1. Entered the property name in 'Dynamic layout - refresh condition' part of customer 360 tab.
  2. Tried refreshing the section through an activity, But the value didn't change.
  3. Setup a channel, triggered the channel through an activity, and Setup the subscriber on dynamic layout, But it didn't change.

Has anyone experienced similar issue? Please Help!
