Customer 360 view is not coming on opening a service case
I have open a call interaction and created a service case. Now the service case is routed to a workbasket and we close the interaction. Now when some user open that service case from the workbasket he is unable to view customer 360 view. Can we route the whole interaction in the workbasket as an alternative or any approach so that Customer 360 view is visble from service case?
