Email Listener- How to parse an excel attachment in the email?

Hi,

I will be receiving an excel file as an arrachment in an email. I will have to read the contents from the excel file and update it on the case. I am using Email listener and looping through pyAttachmentPage.pyAttachNames and using MSOParseExcelFile activity to read the contents of the excel. I am receiving an error stating that the uplodaded file doesn't match the template. But the file which i am using was downloaded from the template and I just added the values to it.

Please let me know on how to read the contents.

Hi Jayashree,

Thank you for posting your question.

Could you specify the file extension of the excel file uploaded? Since MSOParseExcelFile is used to parse the files with extension .xlsx files only. It is the limitation of this activity.
