FileListener throwing InsufficientPrivileges:RuleExecutionDenied error on the RULE-OBJ-ACTIVITY @BASECLASS COMMITSAVEORDELETES
We recently upgraded from 7.1 to 7.2 and getting below error when trying to create cases through file listener. We are using WCFW_Services@WC service account. However this account is being used in every environment and never faced any problem. Only after upgrading to 7.2, we started facing this issue.

The activity you have mentioned is not OOTB, Hence please check any modifications has been done to this activity on Security tab of the activity. there are certain restricted access can be set for activity rule execution and also certain privileges set. Please verify those privileges and access restrictions. Make sure you are privileged and authorized to execute this activity.
CommitSaveOrDeletes is an OOTB activity from the Care Management Framework. In 7.2, the CommitSaveOrDeletes activity was updated to require the DataCommitPrivilege privilege from @baseclass (find it under the Security tab of the activity). Your access role does not have this privilege and cannot run the activity. I recommend verifying your security model before making any changes to access roles.
