Help - Capture Customer Feedback on Resolve-Complete and store the feedback
Need to create a feedback Flow named NPS this case should be created in the backend once the workflow is ""resolved-completed"" the opportunity owner(Persons Email ID) should be sent a survey via email with link to click on and input their feedback. The feedback should be stored and reportable in GDO.
Does this require Integration? How can I achieve this?
This does not require integration. You can simply add the Flow to the last stage of the case, after it has been resolved completed. Add a Send Email Smart Shape with a link to the evaluation system. The evaluation system will store the data and you will be able to report on it.
