How to close a PCS work tab from the Actions menu bar in Pega 7.1.8
Trying to add Cancel , CLose action here but it seems none of them is effective any way.Need help..@

Your screen shot shows a nav menu with Edit, Change Owner, Convert to Opportunity.
Can you show us how you configured cancel/close?
And what is happening when you attempt to do so?
