localisation in SLA escalation
Hi All.
an escalation action related to a SLA runs an activity sending email. The correspondence is localized, but localization doesn't work as expected. Would anyone suggest me where the locale settings are derived from for SLA agent? Thanks

In Pega, the locale is set at the requestor level. This locale value is set on the clipboard at a requestor level page.
On the agent's requestor, you need to set that particular locale before sending the email and after the email is sent, update the locale again to the original one.
