Pega 7: Can you run a simulation and get detailed results of where and how a customer was excluded in the strategy?

Is it possible to do a form of batch testing and have it return to you where the customer was excluded (No Decision) ie. the filter and rule (preferably the property) in which it returned false.

I essentially want to pass in a list of customers, and have it return to me the information "Cust A didnt get a decision at Filter B due to Rule/Property C".

It seems like something that should be doable and would save an immense amount of time searching for issues within a strategy/data over unit testing and digging down into the strategy. My best guess would be the automated reports from simulations.

Thanks in advance for the help.
