Pega Notification Manager does not start

Hello everybody!

I'm having this issue when starting Pega Notification Manager Service:

I guess something is blocking the service inizialization, however I don't know how I can proceed to detect the cause and inform to our IT department. Do you know how I can debug and solve the problem?
