How to implement pega unified messaging? It is showing as a product under pega customer service. But, implementation guide is not clear. We have Pega 8.2.6 and CustomerServiceForInsurance Version 8. Can anyone please guide me how to implement "Pega unified messaging" on top of this?

Just a note that Unified Messaging Edition is no longer offered as a standalone desktop. All of our digital messaging capabilities are still available in our flagship edition: Pega Customer Service Digital Customer Engagement Edition.
