PegaCALL Supports Mobile Agent feature?
Hi PegaCALL support team,
Does PegaCALL supports "Sign In as a Mobile Agent" feature of Cisco Finesse? We have a requirement where we need to enable this feature in our application.
Currently we are using Pega Call Engine version: 7.21.10.976

The sign in as a mobile agent feature is currently Not supported in any release of PegaCall.
