Related Case
How can we configure Related cases for any other party role apart from Customer?

Change the parameters for the pre-activity pyCreateSubjectRelatedCasesGrid in the pyRelatedCasesByCase FA. Or alternativly customize the pyCreateSubjectRelatedCasesGrid activity to just add more logic to it.
