Hi everyone. Has anybody made any basic POC that uses the recording feature in Pega Robotic Studio? If so, I'd very much like to know the steps and details. Also some guidance/problem statement that i can use to make a POC of my own using the recording feature would be really helpful.
Not entirely 'not-helpful', its always better to have a reference while building one of my own, since this is such a new thing, its difficult to get help.
I, for one have access to only Pega Personal Edition and all the regular Windows applications a normal desktop would have. As of now, I am trying to figure out what kind of POC I could do that could help me understand the recording feature in detail.
The CRM application referenced in the document is an optional aspect of the Pega install created with the purpose of allowing you to follow along and create a sample automation, similar to the one referenced in the document. The CRM application can be found in C:\Program Files (x86)\OpenSpan\CRM Setup\CRM.exe . If you did not elect to install the CRM application I would recommend re-installing as it is extremely helpful when attempting to learn new Pega Robotics technology.
I'm trying to implement something similar as a POC and thought of leveraging the CRM application, though it does not support address change feature. The thing is, as of now, I am unable to find the ' Robotic Automation' component that the presenter used in his case designer ( 4:08 onwards). Am I missing something??
