When we tried it, we got the error saying that same activity cannot be scheduled in 1 agent at different timings. Same process has to be run at every one hour from 7.45AM CT to 4.45PM CT. Please suggest me an idea to handle it and also let me know why we cannot handle the above scenario. Thanks in advance. NL View Profile Send Message PRAKASH7 ING Nederland N.V. replied to SANGEETHA.A Configure your agent as follows 1. set Pattern as Periodic, set interval as 3600 seconds. 2. In the agent activity, add a precondition to check the current time. If the current time is between 7.45AM CT to 4.45PM CT, continue to execute your activity otherwise exit the activity. Step 11 in Pega OOTB activity, Validate from Rule-Agent-Queue class has the logic to stop user from adding duplicate activities in an agent rule to avoid duplicate processing and locking issues.
