I am working in upgrade project for smart dispute and PEGA 6.3 has been upgraded to 7.2.
I can see few functionalities/features has been added in 7.2 (Ex: Quick create case, Add multiple disputes to case etc.).We would like to know the list of new functionalities has been added to this 7.2 for financial services smart dispute.
As we have been asked by customer to explain the new functional features added into 7.2.
Could you anyone share the user manual for smart dispute 7.2 for issuers??This guide will help us to compare with 6.3 user guide and understand the new functionalities in Pega 7.2 smart dispute.

I have checked both the documents, its covering most of the technical aspect of the product.As we are from QA team, looking for functional level details and new functionalities which are added newly in 7.2.
We are seeking for the user guide which help to understand the functionality in end user perspective.We are having the similar guide in 6.2.

The links above to the PDN product page for Smart Dispute for Issuers and Smart Dispute for Acquirers contain all the product documents produced for these applications. We do not produce an end user guide.
Release Notes for the releases between 6.3 and 7.21 would be a good place to start to collect all the new features added to the product. The Implementation Guide specifies any configuration required to turn on those features.
Please check with your account team if you need help with any specific new features.
