Way to find the rules that uses modal dialog in the application
Hi, We are trying to upgrade our application to 7.2 and we faced some issues in modal dialog. We resolved the issues and now we are trying to find out the sections that are using modal dialog so that we can check the modal dialog is working correctly. is there a way to find a out all the rules that uses modal dialog by querying the DB or anything like that. It will be helpful if we could at least narrow down our search to some extent.

What version are you upgrading from? What kind of issues did you run into?
Rather than take the approach of finding which sections in your application uses modal dialog from the database (which I doubt there is a way) and testing for those specifically, you could add an alert in modaldialoginit function of pega_ui_modaldialog.js file so that the alert popups while you smoke test your application. Depending on where the alert shows up, you can figure out whether or not the issue is resolved in that part of the application.
We are upgrading from 7.1.8 to 7.2.2. The issue we faced was that the modal dialog height was not getting set properly so that the buttons at the bottom were not visible(as the modal dialog height was not as big as it should be). We fixed the issue by forcing the css to set the height to auto. It is working as far as we have checked, so it shouldn't be an issue.
