We are facing an issue with Designer Studio
We are facing an issue with designer studio in chrome. Although the skin is loaded properly in IE 9. The skin is not getting loaded properly in chrome browser. There is no error captured in logs as well. Screen shot attached. Please let me know if anyone has faced similar issue.
Hello Rajiv I suspect it could be a problem with pyAppStyle property used by workformstyles .However it needs more detailed investigation ( perhaps with help of some debug patch etc. ) As a next step , I suggest you to get in touch with Pega Global Customer Support team by raising an SR so that they can investigate the issue further.
I worry that it works in IE9 as the "right" CSS file is still in the cache.
If we clear this cache then the issue may also be seen in IE9.
Please make sure you keep a machine where you can still get this portal and clear the IE9 cache on a different machine and see if the issue then shows up.
If so the style is corrupted in PRPC.
If so, make a copy of the skin used by the developer portal and reference it for your user (must be in application or acces group rule I think). The new skin should be fine and your user should be able to login.
Then it needs to be investigated why original CSS got corrupted.
Keep Pega logs before and after the issue appears.
If this is truly a Chrome only issue then I don't know
