IN View Profile Send Message dassv PEGA replied to Bipul Singh @Bipul Singh 1.Under Case type which you are creating 2. Go to settings tab 3. Under General tab , "Case-based usage license tracking category" check the prefix type . If you see C- then it will create C- cases if you want to change the "C-" prefix with some other prefix of you choice. then check request and response.
